Icon Composer?

Does anyone know where Icon Composer went from XCode 8? It's listed as being among the additional downloads, but I can't find it anywhere in the file. And the version of IC bundeled with XCode 7 is not compatible with Sierra, for some bizzare reason.

I see it as part of the Xcode 7.2 Graphics Tools download in the 'more' link as v2.6, noted as only running on 10.11 - I just tried it on Sierra and no go.


Icon Composer was apparently deprecated because it was unable to deal with 1024x1024 icons needed for Mac Retina resolution.
