Technical support incident - how to upload source code if the app is not in iTunes connect?

I need to report a technical support incident to get code-level support and I see there is no way to upload the source code. The only way that I see is to enter the Apple id of the app at the bottom of the page, which is only for apps that have been attempted to publish in the app store but they were rejected. If I have a simple app that I have not yet tried to publish, how do I provide the source code?

I know it's late but perhaps others in the future have the same question.

When you open a Technical Support Incident, you are asked to describe your problem etc.

After hitting "Submit" you will receive a follow up email. This email contains a number to which you reply with all the files you wish to include to your

incident.

Hope this helps someone in the future that is just as unsure as I was when first submitting a TSI.😁
