"iOS Team Provisioning Profile" Entries Not Appearing in Developer Portal

When I'm in Xcode, and I refresh the provisioning profiles associated with my account, I see several "iOS Team Provisioning Profile" entries for various bundle IDs. If I delete one of these entries, I can still press "Download" to get another copy of the profile.

However, when I log into the developer portal, and look under "Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles," these "iOS Team Provisioning Profile" profiles don't appear in the portal. I seem to recall them being listed there in the past, but I can't get them to appear there anymore.

So, my question is: should my "iOS Team Provisioning Profile" profiles be appearing in the developer portal? Is it incorrect for them to be missing? Is there any way that I can fix this?

I see them via Xcode (prefs/accounts/team<name>/view details, not in the Member Center (Certs nor Profiles). Team provisioning has been the default for a while now, I think).

Example is Xcode 8, automatic signing.

So, no I'd not expect to specifically 'see' TPs via the MC.
