How long does code level support take?

I submitted a question to code level support four days ago. There is no way to click on the issue and see its status. In the Technical Support History it shows my issue, with a case ID, and then it just says "USE" next to it.


(I'm getting a CKInternalError trying to do a simple fetchRecordByID with CloudKit using the public defaultContainer. So kind of stuck and can't do anything with iOS 10 until they get back to us.)
