I am trying to place and maintain a tab-delimited text file accessible that is accessible world-wide by my application (should not be blocked, say by China's Great Firewall). Every time the application is started, it dowloads a configuration file.Google would work but it is blocked in China and probably other places. Same goes for Dropbox. I am wondering if there is some method to easily maintain and update the text file and then have it housed inside the Apple worldwide network, which appears to be widely accessible.
