I see it seems that other people on Twitter are having this problem...
... I fill everything out in iTunes Connect, and then when it seems like everything is done and I hit "Submit for Review", I get a "There are one or more errors on the page" message, with no fields hightighted.
If you're having a problem: Media Manager is weird. Just keep clicking around and make sure all of the screenshot sizes are set and it should work.
Specifically, the new iMessage App screenshot section does not appear to check the boxes for the lower-resolution sizes to use a scaled down version of the highest resolution image. So if you go into Media Manager and click the boxes for the lower-resolution sizes, you can submit without any issues.
