Disable 'register a device' using Xcode

I would also like to know if there is a way to prevent members from registering devices in Xcode by mistake (since in Xcode 8 it's only the click of one button in the projects general tab).

We have a lot of registered devices already and are worried about the 100 device limit.

When there are many people in a company, and everyone wants to debug their code on their own device, the limitation will be reached sooner or later.
