My iPhone with Developer Beta 2 does not recognize a new beta 3 when I check for updates.
My iPad Pro updated just fine.
This phone with iOS 10 beta 2 even updated my watch with watchOS Beta 3 (didn't think that was possible).
I've restarted the phone twice, still no luck. Do I need to just download the whole shebang and install it myself?
