Combined OSX and iOS app bundle/discounts

Hi,

I have an app which is available both for OSX and iOS.

1. Is it possible to make an app bundle of the two versions (similar to the iOS app bundles with discouned prices)?
2. Is it somehow possible to give an existing OSX or iOS customer a discount for the other version?
