Unable to download iOS 10 Public Beta Profile, etc.

I'm currently signed up for the Beta Software Program, as I have iOS 9 Public Beta currently installed on my iPhone 6 Plus. I have been to beta.apple.com, I've signed in, I've agreed and it just takes me back to the page where the signup button is, even though I'm logged in. I'm unable to download the iOS 10 Public Beta. Does anyone have any clue how to remedy this? Thanks.

I finally got it to work by using my other AppleID. So crazy that it wouldn't allow me to do it using the one I was already registered with. Thank you for all your help, though.

I am experiencing the same issue with my iPhone SE, went through all the process and nothing. never even downloads it fully.

Try deleting the iOS 9.xb profile first.
