Can not download anything from App Store

Question

When trying to download anything it just spins, in console the following information is given for process storedownloadd (CFNetwork):

NSURLConnection finished with error - code -1100

Anyone else seeing this?

Same here. RadarScope was "Damaged, please reinstall from App Store."

When the App Store download failed (as above), I manually deleted the app (no x in LaunchPad). The App Store gave the same result.

I then restored the app using the Finder, and it now launches as expected...

I fixed it by signing out and back in to the App Store (per release notes), but it took 3 tries to fix it.
