Question about new auto-renewable subscriptions

I had a question about auto-renewable subscriptions - can the same subscription be shared across iOS and Mac apps? I have an app in both iOS and Mac app stores, and they share the same functionality. If I wanted to make the app subscription-based, can I create one subscription, and the user can purhcase on one device and then restore on the other one? Im not sure if this was possible at the moment, and if not, this will be possible in the future in iOS10 / macOS 10.12.

I believe that an iOS app and a Mac app are different. I don't believe you can restore an IAP between apps. You can post something from one of the apps in a space where the other app can see it; for example your web server.

@zulfishah what did you discover? I want to do the same thing - offer one subscription for users that get access to the app across macOS, iPad and iOS.
