Can't decompress xCode 8 beta

I got the same message twice and really trying to figure out the problem. I'm struggling with you buddy!

I've re-downloaded it three times and I keep getting this error.

How much free space on your drive?

Try this:

xar -xf Xcode_8_beta.xip

cpio -id < Content

I get the error message: "cpio: Write to restore size failed" 😕

I figured it out! I deleated some of my stuff on my computer so I could make some space then I redownloaded it and it finally worked!

Can confirm that it was a disk space issue. **** these tiny Apple HDs.

I have upgraded to MacOS 10.11.5 and then it worked!

Do you need storage or memory because I still have hundreds of GBs left and it still wont work for me but only 4 gb of memory.

Where do you write/get that file
