The apps I tried so far quickly - not much:
Not OK
Skype - login splash is blank blue, no input fields visible
OK
Photoshop (Creative Cloud)
XCode 7.3.1 + simulators (appstore DL didn't work, had to download manually)
Github Desktop - slow and seems hanging sometimes but works

for me Photoshop CS6 is starting normally but crashes right after the start...For now the unique solution is Pixelmator...

AVG Antivirus prevents the Mac from booting at all.
Chrome takes awhile to start up for me and runs quite a bit slower than before. Hoping for more macOS updates that will fix issues!
