iPhone 6/iOS 9.2 stuck in boot loop

First, sorry its in 9.3.2 beta. It didnt give me any other option.

I had the 9.1 GM on my At&t iPhone 6. Skipped the 9.2 betas. I updated OTA to 9.2 public release. Had 9.2.1 for about a week or two and was using a face swap app when the phone got hot and shut off. It went into a bootloop.

It fully started twice, worked for 2-3 minutes, but has remained in the loop since. The phone does not restart in recovery or DFU mode. I've tried to restore from DFU and restore modes with error 9 popping up as soon as the progress bar pops up on the iPhone screen. I've tried 2 Macs and a PC and 3 different apple cables. I've tried downloading the .ipsw and manually restoring. I've searched forum after forum. Apple phone support was no help except to let me know that the max that i will have to pay is $299 to replace it. The Apple store is quite a walk from me so I'm using it as a last resort. Any advice?
