I wrote an email to Apple, its supposed to respond in one day, but has not 4 days later.

Response time varies but in general are business days not weekends or holidays.

If you wrote them on Friday, you'll likely hear from them Tuesday or Wednesday

this week since Monday is a holiday for some in the U.S.
