Code has already been redeemed?

I cannot initiate the El Capitan 10.11 download because it says my code has already been redeemed. Any suggestions?

Go to the "Purchases" tab in Mac App Store and see if you have "OS X 10.11 Developer Beta" at the top of your list. May be its already being downloaded. If not, start downloading. 🙂

Open the App Store app and check the Purchased tab. I've had this happen to me before, but it should still show up in the Purchased section for download.

I'm having the same issue...


It tells me to go back to the purchases, it is in the list, click on it to try to download again; then it states it recieved an Error...

It does show up... but who knows if it downloads the beta1 I have already downloaded or the beta2 I was looking for. It just says "OSX El Capitan"
