My Technical Support Query Has Gone Quiet

This is the second time this has happened to me.

My developer technical support query 633032516 has just gone quiet

I was in touch with an Apple Dev who said he would resume working on my query after christmas but despite many emails from me I've still heard nothing!

WHats worse is this is the second time this has happened to me. Both my dev support tickets included with my developer membership are now wasted!

Does anyone have any advice? Cheers

Ring Developer Support (https://developer.apple.com/contact/phone.php) and make a fuss. Even if they can't find out what happened to the engineer who was working on your query, they may be able to reinstate one or both of this year's tickets for you.
