Alt-update to tvOS 9.2

Is it possible? I don't want to lose apps and settings.

If you want to update to tvOS 9.2 Beta 1, there is a configuration profile and instructions available on the tvOS 9.2 Beta page, to be able to do an update directly to tvOS 9.2 Beta 1 without having to do an erase install:
