Can DL TVos Beta but not Restore in iTunes

I can DL the ipsw containing TVos 9.2 Beta but DLing "Using the Restore Image to Update with iTunes" is not possible

I get error message either "page does not exist of no permission. I do have a valid developer ID.


What to do?
