Hi,
Has anybody had a similar issue with a blank smart app banner in iOS Safari?
The banner never worked, just a gray box with an X.
We have an iOS app on the Chinese iTunes store and are having the issue in China.
The meta link and the ID is correct. Every other app store links works so the ID is correct.
iOS devices have been cleared of cookies. Java Script is on.
App closed or not installed makes no difference.
Not on a VPN connection.
Any help or suggestion would be greatly welcomed. Thanks.
