I just installed the Beta 3 of El Capitan 10.11.2. (15c40a) and my SAFARI does not longer work correctly.
If I enter something in the URL bar there is a failure that Safari could not connect to google out of security reasons.
If I enter https://www.google.com directly it works.
Also I have that problem on a lot of websites.
So it might be a problem with SSL. Search at Google:
I switched of the APPLE Time Servers
I deleted and reset the complete Safari - then it works for a few minutes, after icloud synchronisation same problem again
Did SAFARI to fullscreen and back (yes, also that I found on the web for this problem)

Safari does not work correctly. Same problem!
Any ideas from your side? Thanks in advance
