White Screen?

Anyone else have this issue I have the AppleTV set to NEVER Sleep yet it always sleeps and then when I go to use the AppleTV and I wake it from sleep I just get a white screen and wont do anything and so I have to unplug the appletv from power plug back in and use it then just happens again next time I go to use it.

Known Issue

Apple TV may occasionally display only a non-interactive white screen after waking from sleep.Workaround: To recover, press and hold MENU, or use the Home button on the Apple remote.
