So I pushed a new release version of my app to iTunes Connect with the following entitlements:
myApp.app/myApp
application-identifier: IDID.de.URL.myApp
beta-reports-active: true
get-task-allow: false
com.apple.developer.in-app-payments: ( )
keychain-access-groups: ( "IDID.de.URL.myApp" )
com.apple.developer.team-identifier: IDID
Now when I log into iTunes Connect, go to external testing, click on "Add Build to test", then select my build, I get to the TestFlight Beta Information sheet. I fill out all the fields (for both english and german) and try to click next, but it just reloads the form without any indication of an error. I'm stuck.
Apparently, the POST fails with the following response:

What can I do to fix this???
