I was on a SouthWest flight a couple of weeks ago. I used the FREE WiFi to track the flight progress. Now this message keeps popping up. Any ideas how to remove it?

I've tried all three buttons but I can't stop this message from popping up.
I was on iOS 9 beta at the time (prior to GM). I'm on 9.1 beta now and it's still happening.
