Where to find iOS 9 consumer-oriented release notes?

Where are the consumer-oriented release notes posted for iOS 9? I have various upgrades to do for clients and I need to explain to them the consumer benefits to iOS 9. The Apple website is good, but I'm looking for the list that they include in the UI on-device based upgrade mechanism. I will be using iTunes to perform their upgrades to rule out any delta bugs that could arise.
