Sometimes it crashe when in sleep,

I do not find crashing so neat,

Sometimes it crashes when I am reading,

Sometimes it crashes when I am feeding,

Sometimes it crashes to black,

Sometimes it crashes when I get back,

Cut the crap. Go back ten years to bugheaven Windows.

Hi JWestveer,

My guess is that you installed 10.11 over Yosemite because it's very likely that the way El Capitan beta handled your various configurations, and the 3rd party installations on Yosemite themselves, are the causes of most of the crashes you're experincing.

If it is vaible for you, a clean install onto another drive or freshly erased partition will give you a much happier experience of El Capitan. Alternatively, you can make the backup and then create an El Capitan USB installer from which to wipe your drive and start fresh.

If you want, you can then migrate data (preferably not settings) from the backup using Migration Assistant - this has repeatedly proven to yield a much less buggy OS X than installing over a previous version of OS X you've been doing all sorts of things on for months.

Max.

Apple should quadruple the price of the Dev Program to keep the riff-raff out.
