We are a NGO based on India and Belgium,
We want to develop and distribute some application in the benifit of public on the app store,
It came to our knowledge that eligible countries for registering as NGO in app store for fee waivers has not included india,
We have a certificate of registration of NGO from india, but we are working from belgium as well,
So what would be the steps for us to get on with this.
Are you registerd in Belgium as well ?

Eligible countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China mainland, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States.
So for the time being, need to buy the $99.
Note: I would however contact Apple to know if you could apply for waiver from Belgium.
Is there any update on the same? Because we are also working with an NGO and not able to create an account using it.
