How can I register client company for developer account?

Hi,


I have small startup mobile app company. I already develope and publish mobile app for client company and I am not having any problem.

Now I have another client and I am trying to help them to get developer account so they can give me a right to develope and pubkish their app.

Last 8 months I am not be able to help them even when they get a DUNS account. Apple representative still working to find a solution to this problem. We are from North Cyprus and we contact and talk to Apple Irland with a client and even apple representative use remote connection to see if we do anything wrong while registration process. But unfortunetly we couldnt register the client.


If I have a client and I develope mobile app for them how can I help them to get developer account? What should we do? What id the step by step process?


My last question is that can I develope a mobile app for; Cafe, Restaurant, Petrol Station, local Bank etc. What is easiest way to do it person like me that I have a little english?

It's an old story that Apple expects the owner of the account to buy the account.


In your example, you can act as a consultant to guide the client thru the account purchasing process, then work on projects/apps for them, using their credentials with their permission, if that is required. Be sure to have a contract that outline your duties and their understanding of the risks by letting you control the account.
