in app purchase stop working suddently

my in app purchases no longer works for about 2 weeks.

I have not loaded a new release into the App Store.

Everything works wonderfully in sandbox mode.

Is there a known reason for this?

There are two possibilities I can think of:

1) check your contracts to be sure they are all signed

2) the calls to product and payment requests started coming off the main thread and that will cause a crash if you try to display something on that thread. Perhaps your 'sandbox mode' tests are using an older iOS.

Are they failing in Production just for you, or users? How many users? What is their current status in App Store Connect?
