iOS 12.4.7 iPad Air keyboard issue

In iPad Air (Model : MD785HN/B) iOS 12.4.7 device, I get default keyboard to high from the bottom. Please find attached screenshot from Contacts app. Same is happening in my app and unable to resolve the issue as "keyboardDidShowNotification" or "keyboardFrameEndUserInfoKey" notifications are not getting called at all. Any help regarding this will be helpful.

Don't know what was the setting but I just did "Reset All Settings" under Settings -> General -> Reset and it worked.

Now the keyboard is coming at correct positioned from the bottom.

What do you mean:

I get default keyboard to high from the bottom

too high ?

Do you mean it is not positioned at the bottom of screen ?

Or there is extra height not needed ?

In this case, did you disable typing help ?

I am able to type but yes it is not positioned at the bottom of the screen, no extra height is needed.
