AR Quickview / Usdz sun light light sampling

Hi Apple Devs,


We are building web Ar usdz files for a company selling garden furniture. We knoticed that in strong sunlight the usdz file turns blue. It is as if the light sampling / estimation does something wrong or miss calculates the lights. We have tried a mixture of files from substance painter, the official commandline tool and other ways at its always the same outcome.


We have tested it on a iphone 11 pro, Ipad Pro 2019 15 inch and a Iphone XS all with the same result.

I am very curious to see if anyone has experienced this and if there is a workround as its crusial for vreating USDZ files for outdoor use.

Hi Apple Devs,

it strikes me that I cannot be the only one with with problem?!? No replies? Is that because no on knows or no one has this issue? It would be nice just to get some indication?

Where could I go and find out more?
