We are depricating an old TVOS app and replacing it with a new one. This is going to require our users to download the new app fromi the TVOS App Store. Is there a way to get a list of the email addresses or otherwiseh a way to notify folks about what is hapening and instructing them to get the new app?
That info is private, and where the gold lies in the store. I'd not expect Apple to just give it up, if that's what you're asking. You'd have to request it from your users, along with full PI policy disclosure, handling, protection, etc. Of course there is no promise they will all oblige, so...
Same as in your other thread, you can't require an update. Some will jump on it, some will resist. Welcome to the App Store.
By the way, is there some reason you keep asking this in the Apple Pay forum? Might you not get more eyeballs in a more on-topic forum, such as the App Store or tvOS forums?
