Cannoit get xcode 11.4 to download. App store shows it as available (little red "1") and it takes about a hour to download about 3/4 of the circle then stops and gives a message that xcode could not download, try again.
Have restarted computer, tried to download at times when the internet is quiet, nothing works. HELP!!
I need this version to be able to download the app I am developing to my phone for testing.
