Connection socket error osstatus – 9801

I have a website that connects to a socket service. When i upgraded safari to the latest version (13.1), I'm not able to establish a connection to the socket service because i'm getting osstatus – 9801 error message. What could cause this error?

I am facing the same issue. Does anybody have a solution for this problem?

PS: I am using a Self-signed certificate (Root certificate authority)
