Push notification

My push notification is getting expired and distribution certificate is created new but app on apple store is submitted via old distribution certificate . do we need to submit new app if we create new push notification (using new distribution certificate) ? my dilema is we already have new distribution certificate and application on app store is with old distribution certificate.

Apple re-signs apps for the store with their own certs. A valid cert is only needed at the time of submittal/upload to confirm to Apple that you are you. In your example, you do not need to do anything with apps already in the store.
