XCode 6 Add New Files Messed Up

Hello:

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but in XCode 6.4 whenever I add a new file it adds the file ABOVE the project instead of in the folder I have highligted. So I'm forced to copy them into the project and then delete the references.

Is there a way to get this to work properly?
