Can't create a new bootcamp partition

I was trying to re-install my bootcamp and was given an error midway though the process. Afterwards, my mac attempted to remove the partition, but due to my stupidity and impatience, I thought my Mac froze as it was taking a long time and I restarted my computer. Now my attempt at starting the partition process fails at the start with the bootcamp assistant. It informs me that my disk could not be partitioned and than, "An error occurred while partitioning the disk. Please run First Aid from within Disk Utility to check and fix the error."

I don't know if its relavent but I have 258 gb of other volume. I also have an unerasable disk image of "CCCOMA_X64FRE_EN-US_DV9."

I've ran first aids and recoveries, downloaded Iso splitters, entered terminal codes, and even clean wiped my harddrive. Nothing is working.

Please, any help would be great. I don't know what to do anymore.
