IOS 13.4 BETA 5. Cannot find magic mouse 2 in Bluetooth list.

ipad air 3 cannot use magic mouse 2. Both IOS 13.3.1 & IOS 13.4 has been tried, I cannot even find magic mouse 2 in the bluetooth list.
Ps. Both ipad and magic mouse 2 are working well with other devices via bluetooth.
