NEED HELP! We have submitted a request to the Critical Alert Entitlement group twice via the web-page. The first time in August 2019 [Follow up # 719134901] and second time in January 2020 [Follow-up: 727475505] - I got automatic acknowledgement but nothing else since.
Who can guide me as to the other steps needed in order to get a reply, comment or resolution to the entitlement request?
