Payment after dev account expired

My developer account expired over 4 months ago and I still haven't received the payment of my outstanding revenue. How long does this normally take?

Pending payments are typically paid out in aggregate at, or right after, the end of the fiscal year. See: https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/wa/jumpTo?page=fiscalcalendar
