Question: Global Pre-Order - Soft Launch in 2 Countries

Hello, I was wondering if it's possible to have an App be available for Global Pre-Order, while it is only live in x amount of countries during Soft Launch?

Specifically, the question is whether, once we go live in any region (for example, in Canada), if the Pre-Order in other regions (for example, the US) goes away.
