How to receive a orientation notifications

How to receive a notification when the phone is face down/face up and iphone has been lock rotate automatically in Control Center. I used 'UIDevice.orientationDidChangeNotification' to receive notifications when the phone rotates, it work very good! But, it only work when phone unlock Portrait Orientation Mode. When i access the Control Center and lock Portrait orientation mode, I no longer receive any notifications. Please help me, thanks!
