Impossible to upload my ipa (240Mo) with "Transporter" or my archive with Xcode

Question

I have XCode 11.3 and the last "Transporter" with macOS Mojave 10.14.4

Both don't work, I have the following error :

"Unable to process the request. Please try again or use a different transport. (1360)"

A few days before I was able to upload an application but today and yesterday impossible !

On XCode the progress bar quickly goes to 100%...and it doesnt move until an error..

On Transporter the % increase gently to 10% and after it goes to 9%, 8%, 10%, 11%, 12% until an error

Any Idea ?

Thanks for your help, Apple procedures often waste a lot of my time..

I have the same problem.

Managed to do a successful almost identical upload a few days ago.

Changed a few lines of code to fix a bug, create new IPA and upload again.

Now I get -
"Unable to process the request. Please try again or use a different transport. (1360)"

UPDATE

Having experimented a bit, I see this error comes and goes in a way that seems pretty random.

Things that may or may not have helped it go more than come:

(1) Restarting the Mac computer

(2) Closing other apps running on the Mac (maybe it has to do with availability of memory?)

(3) Logging out in Transporter, restarting Transporter and logging back in again to the Apple developer account

(maybe with a Mac restart thrown in)

(4) Turning off Wifi and running on a cable connection to the router

(5) Clearing old files off the local disk

(6) Disconnecting from iCloud

The last couple I'm less clear how they could have made any difference,

but I did all of these things as part of my belt and braces approach,

and something on this list apparently helped.

(Or else it really is just random or due to a cause I haven't managed to discern.)
