Is the "Complete My Bundle" option going away? Or just completely broken?

I've had some customers being charged the full price for an App Store bundle, despite having purchased apps that are part of the bundle, with the "Complete My Bundle" option simply not showing for them.


Equally, Apple's support page about Complete My Bundle and Complete my Album etc. has now been deleted, it was previously found here just a few months/weeks ago: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201162

The developer page about App Bundles does mention Complete My Bundle, but this is now the only reference to it on the Apple website anywhere: https://developer.apple.com/app-store/app-bundles/

I asked Developer Support about the issue, and simply advised that I send my customers to them if they're having issues with the Complete My Bundle option. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It is mentioned at the bottom of this page. It doesn't give much detail on how it works from a user's perspective though. https://developer.apple.com/app-store/app-bundles/
