Can we publish content from apple open source on our website?

Open source is open source. It is ALL licensed. You can do what you want with the code, within the terms of the license. What does the license say about redistributions in source code form?

I can't answer legal questions. I don't know what you plan to do with this code. If you are a student, maybe ask a professor in the Legal Studies or Law department. Even better, transfer to that department yourself. Lawyers who specialize in intellectual property charge several hundred dollars per hour.
