Can we get the CarPlay app development guidelines ?

It is not on Apple official website, but we found the information on the web that we can get the development guidelines once the CarPlay development application passes.

However the information is as old as 2016 and may have changed, so please let us confirm.


Question 1:

If CarPlay development application is accepted, can we still get the development guidelines?


Question 2:

Do the development guidelines include the information (*1) required to develop a CarPlay application?

　ex1. I/F information required to develop Audio/Navigation/Automaker App

　ex2. Sample code and implementation example

You can already access the development guidelines here: https://developer.apple.com/carplay/documentation/CarPlay-App-Programming-Guide.pdf
After you have been accepted you get an email with that link and tell you to watch the WWDC20 video “Accelerate Your App with CarPlay”. They don't provide any sample code. This was for a CarPlay Audio entitlement so it may be possible that you get sample code if you're building an Automaker App.
