Cannot Renew my membership In Apple Developer App

Hi
I am a Chinese Developer. My Apple Developer Program will expire in 2020/02/07. When I want to renew it, Developer center guide to download and install Apple Developer App.
After I install, and scanned my face, upload my ID picture, the app went into a long long waiting status, showing "identify is in verification" ( I translated my UI text from Chinese to this. and I cannot upload my screen snapshot). More than a day passd, still there.
I guess if it is because of the nCOV, your team working in China have not start regular work, so no body response this ? If they work in 02/10, then my membership will expire.
What should I do?
