I have contacted Apple about this but haven't got a response yet. Maybe I'll find somebody here in the forums who can help me out.
I signed up for Search Ads Basic on January 11 and the first two days everything was good. I had Basic running with a CPI and a monthly budget and had lots of Product Page Views and Installs. On January 13 I accidentally logged in on Search Ads Advanced instead of Basic but I did not create any Campaigns in Search Ads Advanced. Since then however, I do not get any Product Page Views or Installs over Search Ads, nothing.
Is it possible I somehow removed the Basic ads with the accidental login? I don't know what to do now.
