Accepting a Calendar invitation received in an Outlook/ Exchange/ Office 365 account from inside the native Calendar app of iOS deletes the invitation email.
However, the invitation mail does not get deleted when the invitation is accepted from inside the Microsoft iOS Outlook client (calendar portion of that app).
The invitation mail should not get deleted even if the invite is accepted in native iOS Calendar app on an Outlook mail account at the recipient.
This is required to keep the invitation mail as an evidence for future and not delete it.
This feature was apparently implemented in initial versions of iOS 13, but surprisingly removed from the current version iOS 13.3.
Anyone else?
